By signing up to this set of principles, all members of IPPA agree to:

1. Ensure the highest levels of professionalism in our dealings with all other parties involved in residential property sales

2. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations to ensure HIP compliance, as well as  best practice as specified by the IPPA executive

3. Provide customers with clear and accurate literature and terms and conditions

4. Provide HIPs promptly and without delay

5. Maintain appropriate levels of insurance to provide protection against negligence or error on our part

6 Abide by the IPPA Code of Conduct and Redress Procedure
